        Polyferric Sulfate Product Introduction

         PFS is a new type of high efficient water treatment agent, which belongs to high molecular inorganic flocculant. The finished product is light yellow amorphous powder solid, which is easily soluble in water. The 10% (mass) water solution is reddish brown transparent solution. Polyferric sulfate is widely used in the purification of drinking water, industrial water, various industrial wastewater, urban sewage, sludge dewatering, etc., especially in the removal of phosphorus and turbidity.

        Solubility: easily soluble in water, alcohol, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, slightly soluble  in benzene.

        Product features:

         

        1. New type, high quality and high efficiency ferric salt inorganic polymer flocculant; 2. It has excellent coagulation performance, dense alum and fast settling speed;

        3. No harmful substances such as aluminum, chlorine and heavy metal ions, no water phase transfer of iron ions, non-toxic, harmless, safe and reliable;

        4. It can remove turbidity, decolorization, deoiling, dehydration, bacteria, odor, algae, COD, BOD and heavy metal ions;

        5. The pH range of the water body is 4-11, and the optimum pH range is 6-9. After purification, the pH value and total alkalinity of the raw water change little, and the corrosion to the treatment equipment is small;

        6. The results show that the purification effect is remarkable for micro polluted, algae containing, low temperature and low turbidity raw water, especially for high turbidity raw water;

        7. The dosage is small, the cost is low, and the treatment cost can be saved by 20% - 50%.

        Usage Method:

         

            When using polymeric ferric sulfate, generally the liquid polymeric ferric sulfate is mixed into 10%- 50% aqueous solution (in the source water turbidity is higher can be directly added), the solid polymeric ferric sulfate is mixed into 10%- 30% aqueous solution, and  then  according to the specific situation will be mixed solution according to the best conditions and dosage input, after full stirring can get the best coagulation effect. The dosage can be measured according to the different turbidity of raw water, the best dosage,  generally  turbidity (turbidity in 100-500mg/L) water, 30 to 50 kg per thousand tons, non-drinking water high turbidity industrial sewage can be appropriate dosage. In the treatment of industrial wastewater, the polyferric sulfate is diluted to an aqueous solution of 1-2 times. When the source water concentration is higher and the treatment water quantity is larger, it can be  added directly. Then according to the results of the laboratory simulation test according to the best process conditions and dosage, after full stirring, coagulation settlement, can get clarification of the effluent.
